We are pleased you visited the public technical resource site for The Boulevards at South Bay.  The project will be a 168-acre development project, 157-acres of which represent the former Cal Compact Landfill located in Carson, California.  The former landfill will be redeveloped into multiple land uses including commercial, entertainment, retail stores, restaurants, hotels, and residential.  This site will provide the public and other interested parties information on the environmental and remediation activities being implemented as the former landfill undergoes redevelopment.
